When a reporter asked Vidya after success of “Tumhari Sulu“, whether she is feeling any pressure delivering good films in future, to that in typical “Sulu” language, Vidya replied, “I am not a pressure cooker”. The movie has finally achieved a milestone by hitting more than 10 Crore Rs till now.
The first weekend collection was impressive as it witnessed a wonderful run at the box office.
Noted film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter and shared the day one collection of the film.
Last week, Vidya Balan’s film had clashed with the popular Hollywood release, Justice League. Talking about the movie, it is an Indian comedy drama movie which is directed by the Suresh Triveni and produced under the banners Ellipsis Entertainment and T series.
Tumhari Sulu which also stars Manav Kaul, Neha Dhupia in key roles has earned a total of Rs. 19.78 crore in seven days. The movie has also benefited from the less trending new releases. The movie which had collected Rs. 1.67 crore on Wednesday registered Rs. 1.55 crore at the box office on Thursday.
