Add this gluten-free topping to both sweet and savory dishes.

1 cup toasted coconut (you can buy this or simply toast fresh shredded coconut in a 350° oven for 4-5 minutes)
1½ cups coconut flour
⅕ cup gluten-free all purpose flour
¼ cup coconut sugar
2 tablespoons coconut oil
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1. Preheat oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a medium-size bowl combine all ingredients with your hands and clump together.
3. Spread evenly on baking sheet and bake for about 7 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely and store in an air tight container.
