Most of us love strawberries because of the fact that they are a treat for the eyes and taste buds. But these amazingly delicious fruits are also packed with nutrition. The strawberry is a red, juicy, conically-shaped fruit belonging to the rose family. In fact, technically, it is not a berry but an aggregate accessory fruit, composed of several small fruits, each with one seed known as achene.
